The church planting initiative for the church started in 2012 after 39 people signed up and went through the ten week Mizizi experience. The church was launched after four consecutive Mizizi experiences run by Pst. Tony Muli and Jack Odeo. Mavuno Blantyre was launched in 2013 by Pst. Waweru Njenga.

ABOUT US

Mavuno Blantyre was launched in 2013 by Pst. Waweru Njenga. They currently meet at Peoples Building on Victoria Avenue. Opposite National Bank. The address is 3391 Blantyre, Malawi and service starts at 10am every sunday. The church planting initiative for the church started in 2012 after 39 people signed up and went through the ten week Mizizi experience.

The church was launched after four consecutive Mizizi experiences run by Pst. Tony Muli and Jack Odeo. Thereafter Pst. Waweru Njenga took charge and led the community until June 2015. Pst Tim and Ciiku Kaburu are currently leading the community of Mavuno Blantyre. Mavuno Blantyre has a vision of impacting the church and mission sectors of society, particulalry through online platforms, in the southern parts of Africa.
